The Vancouver BC location of CH2M HILL raised money for AREA Fund through their 2011 United Way campaign. They held a homemade soup sale, a samosa sale, a 50:50 draw and raffled off two Canucks tickets. In addition, a number of individuals chose to participate in the payroll deduction program to donate money to the AREA Fund through the United Way every pay period for the next year.
